A Verified Credential
Every certified member holds active IICRC firm certification, a valid California contractor's license, and current liability insurance - verified by the association, not self-reported. In a market full of unverified claims, that verification is the pitch.
The Public Directory
Certified members get a full profile in the public NBRA directory: services, certifications, service area. It separates certified professional firms from a guy and a truck, and it says so publicly.
Group Benefits
Insurance group programs and purchasing power a single firm cannot get on its own. The founding cohort shapes which programs the association negotiates first.
The Group
A network of North Bay restoration professionals, suppliers, and aligned trades. The association speaks for the trade locally, on standards and on consumer education.
The Mission
NBRA's community assistance program connects low-income families, seniors, and renters with free or reduced-cost mold testing, water damage cleanup, and remediation. Members turn industry expertise into help for families who could not otherwise afford it.
